No. presentaid runs locally on your computer, so your presentations and data stay under your control. The add-in only contacts presentaid's servers to validate the license and to check for updates; IT can switch update checks off.
If you connect a Dynamic Grid to a SharePoint list (optional), presentaid signs in with your own Microsoft 365 account and can only read sites you can already open.
Yes. presentaid installs into your local user folder and does not need administrator rights. Installation takes about two minutes; afterwards you enter your license key in PowerPoint.

Yes. presentaid only creates native PowerPoint objects, so every slide works in any standard PowerPoint installation. Slides also stay fully editable if a subscription ends.
